my sis wedding...soon

Today is call 安床日, everybody seems very busy on this grand date especially my mum, keep on calling me back from PJ to help on the 嫁妆. If I'm not wrong, this is the day to decorate the bridal's room, and asking the 幸福长辈 to help on putting the bed sheet.

I have been very busy these few weeks helping on the wedding, from finding the better and easier slide software to the flowers for sisters and family members, it is really not easy to get all the things done. Some people say that we need one year for the preparation, I would say yes to agree because we are quite rush even we start planning it for half years time. Just imagine, after both of their parents meet up to agree the wedding, they need to set the time of many things, from the day of taking photo (after finding the best, acceptable quality bridals' studio), to the day of dinner take place then the day of 过大礼, until 安床日.

We are now waiting for the big day!!!

Study system

I can't remember how long I have not even touch on it! This may be the last chance for me to finish the study, as I may need to change my job next year for the better future.

Why I take it as last chance, is because my current company provide me the flexi-time and the support on the study fees. You may wondering, if the current company treat me well as I mentioned, what the reason make me to resign for this environment?

This is because the CIMA requirement, I have finish the first and second stage of the experience gaining require by the body and added, there is no opportunity for me to gain the last stage experience because we are not able to hands-on on the strategic planning hence limited final stage experience to gain. It is just a medium size company with a lot of China Man Boss final decision making, it is not meeting the stakeholders' objective. Sometime, I may have the mind on, it only need an accounts clerk, or data entry assistant. This concept occur because there are a lot of ideas and improvement are not allowed due to the difficulty on having a suggestion chance. The communication flow is poor and the structure is not clear.

Employees always required better benefits to secure future, but the employers will always consider the lowest cost on meeting highest profit in this country. Peoples are advising me on going overseas since the life time benefits is attractive, and accountants gain more respect from the people. So, stop being a lazy girl and start study according to the time table.

Is my birthday

hehee, my friends all give me surprise ler, I thought is just a reunion but is a party for me. Thanks a lot friends, I love you all.

I have forgotten, since when we didn't celebrate birthday together, maybe because of our studies life during .... em... don't know lar. Anyway, I hope this will keep going on and on, until we all get marriage, until we all have our own family, until....until... but Jannie ar, you don't go too far lar, we miss you a lot!
